About us
Comprehensive treatment services are provided by New Day Ranch, a facility in Billings, Montana, for those with mental health issues and substance use disorders. The institution offers a comprehensive range of services tailored to meet the unique needs of its clients, catering to both adults and children.
New Day Ranch provides a range of therapeutic treatments, such as individual counseling, mental health therapy, family and couples therapy, anger management, and life skills development, for people who have issues with substance use disorders. Designed to offer 20 hours of structured therapy and support each week, the facility’s High-Intensity Outpatient Treatment program is perfect for individuals in need of intense care but not residential treatment. In addition, the program for intensive outpatient treatment provides nine hours of therapy per week, which is a less intensive but nevertheless high quality of care for individuals undergoing recovery.
Additionally, New Day Ranch provides adolescents with customized programs that address the particular difficulties that people between the ages of 10 and 17 encounter. Enhancing social skills, taking part in group treatment facilitated by an addiction counselor, and taking part in recreational activities that enhance general well-being are the main objectives of the Mental Health Center Youth Day Treatment program. These programs are designed to fulfill the developmental requirements of young people, giving them the resources and assistance they need to deal with their drug and mental health issues.
In order to guarantee that every client receives individualized care in a nurturing setting, New Day Ranch combines evidence-based therapy with holistic methods. The facility’s extensive programs are designed to support both juvenile and adult recovery over the long term and enhance their quality of life.

We understand that choosing an addiction treatment center can be overwhelming, especially with so many options, promises, and marketing messages. Thatโs why weโve developed a clear, standardized rating system designed to cut through the noise and highlight what truly matters: safety, quality of care, and transparency. Our goal is to give individuals and families the information they need to make confident, informed decisions during a critical time.
In this guide, we explain exactly how we rate treatment centersโfrom accreditation and staff credentials to therapy options, facility environment, and family involvement. Youโll see how we assign scores, award badges, and update listings to ensure accuracy and fairness. Most importantly, our system focuses on elevating centers that prioritize ethical, evidence-based care, not just those with the best marketing. This way, you can trust that the ratings you see reflect meaningful standards that help you find the right fit for lasting recovery.
