The Evolv Wellness Program offers an array of activities that promote physical and mental growth, including kayaking, paddle boarding, rock climbing, yoga, snorkeling, meditation, and even turtle releases. The center also offers specialized programs tailored for veterans and first responders. Opened in 2008, Transformations is known for its excellent diagnostics, assessments, treatment planning, and medical care. The center helps clients stop their drug and alcohol use and teaches them how to maintain a healthy lifestyle, rebuild their lives, and restore relationships. As a dual diagnosis facility, Transformations also treats gambling and sex addiction, trauma, depression, grief, loss, and anger management issues, focusing on healing the whole person—emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually.
