About us
Situated near Philadelphia, Mississippi, Weems Community Mental Health Center – Neshoba County is a private rehabilitation center that focuses on treating mental health disorders and dual diagnosis. Weems Community Mental Health Center was founded in 1970 and is an essential resource for the nine counties (Clarke, Jasper, Kemper, Lauderdale, Leake, Neshoba, Newton, Scott, and Smith) that comprise Region Ten of the Mississippi Community Mental Health System. Weems, a non-profit corporation and a non-political entity of the State of Mississippi, is dedicated to provide its local population comprehensive services related to mental health and drug misuse.
Our goal at Weems Community Mental Health Center is to provide all people of Region Ten with a comprehensive range of professional, appropriate mental health and drug addiction treatments. With the goal of improving both the general health of the areas it serves and the well-being of the individual, the center also assumes a critical role in educating the public about mental health and drug misuse concerns. Weems places a high priority on emotional well-being since she is aware of the difficulties people nowadays confront, including stress, depression, mental health conditions, drug misuse, family conflicts, and behavioral issues in children.
Weems provides children, adolescents, and adults with a wide spectrum of outpatient mental health treatments. These services include community support services, medication review and management, and individual mental health treatment. In addition, the clinic offers adult-only inpatient crisis stabilization services and runs outpatient residential substance-abuse treatment programs that assist patients in taking back control of their life. The purpose of each program is to assist those in need in their long-term rehabilitation and to enhance mental health.
In order to guarantee that people in Region Ten get the assistance they need to overcome their obstacles, the center places a strong emphasis on the value of easily available and high-quality mental health treatment. Weems Community Mental Health Center is dedicated to the well-being of each and every person and works to promote a healthier, more knowledgeable, and resilient community via the provision of comprehensive services.

Out of 10
We understand that choosing an addiction treatment center can be overwhelming, especially with so many options, promises, and marketing messages. Thatโs why weโve developed a clear, standardized rating system designed to cut through the noise and highlight what truly matters: safety, quality of care, and transparency. Our goal is to give individuals and families the information they need to make confident, informed decisions during a critical time.
In this guide, we explain exactly how we rate treatment centersโfrom accreditation and staff credentials to therapy options, facility environment, and family involvement. Youโll see how we assign scores, award badges, and update listings to ensure accuracy and fairness. Most importantly, our system focuses on elevating centers that prioritize ethical, evidence-based care, not just those with the best marketing. This way, you can trust that the ratings you see reflect meaningful standards that help you find the right fit for lasting recovery.
