About us
As part of the Helio Health network, Willows Inpatient Rehabilitation is a treatment center in Syracuse, New York, that specializes in helping people with both drug and mental health issues. This inpatient center specializes in detoxification and recovery. It treats adults with both mental and substance abuse illnesses, including pregnant women and their children. The center has 40 beds and staff members who are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to make sure that the healing process is safe and supportive. Willows Inpatient Rehabilitation focuses on personalized care and uses treatments that have been shown to work, like Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Case management services are also part of the center to help with the whole healing process. Patients can also get individual psychotherapy, group therapy, and family therapy in addition to these types of treatment. This allows for a more complete approach to healing. Art and leisure treatment are added to the overall care to make it better.
Willows Inpatient Rehabilitation is approved and certified by the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS). They are dedicated to providing excellent, caring care to people who are trying to heal from addiction and mental illness.

8.2
Out of 10
We understand that choosing an addiction treatment center can be overwhelming, especially with so many options, promises, and marketing messages. Thatโs why weโve developed a clear, standardized rating system designed to cut through the noise and highlight what truly matters: safety, quality of care, and transparency. Our goal is to give individuals and families the information they need to make confident, informed decisions during a critical time.
In this guide, we explain exactly how we rate treatment centersโfrom accreditation and staff credentials to therapy options, facility environment, and family involvement. Youโll see how we assign scores, award badges, and update listings to ensure accuracy and fairness. Most importantly, our system focuses on elevating centers that prioritize ethical, evidence-based care, not just those with the best marketing. This way, you can trust that the ratings you see reflect meaningful standards that help you find the right fit for lasting recovery.
