Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills Training, which assists clients in managing intense emotions and establishing healthier relationships, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which concentrates on the identification and modification of negative thought patterns and behaviors, are among these therapies. The center also provides Life Skills training to assist clients in the reconstruction of their personal and professional lives, as well as Anger Management programs to assist clients in the development of healthier coping mechanisms for stress and frustration. Nutrition Counseling, which underscores the significance of physical health in recovery, and Relapse Prevention and Recovery Planning, which provide clients with strategies to sustain long-term sobriety, are additional therapeutic services.
