Therapeutic modalities include individual and group counseling, recreational activities, and nutritional support.

For adults aged 18 and older, Snowden offers a partial hospitalization program (PHP) focused on addressing substance abuse and mental health issues. Operating Monday through Friday, the program provides comprehensive treatment, including group therapy, family therapy, individual therapy, case management, and medication management. Treatment duration is tailored to individual needs, with a focus on managing co-occurring disorders such as anxiety, depression, and self-injury.

Snowden at Fredericksburg operates seven days a week, providing emergency care to individuals experiencing mental health or substance abuse crises. The facility offers stabilization, assessment, and referral services, ensuring prompt and compassionate support for those in need of immediate assistance.
