Alcohol and Drug Dependency Services of Southeast Iowa (ADDS), situated in Burlington, Iowa, offers a comprehensive selection of treatment programs that are designed to assist individuals who are grappling with substance abuse, mental health disorders, and co-occurring conditions. This includes Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), outpatient programs, intensive outpatient programs (IOPs), and peer recovery services. 

The Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) program, which is specifically tailored to the needs of individuals with opioid and alcohol addictions, is a defining characteristic of ADDS. The MAT program employs FDA-approved medications such as methadone and buprenorphine to ameliorate withdrawal symptoms and cravings, thereby enabling patients to concentrate on their recovery path.
