The North Omaha, Nebraska-based CHI Health Immanuel provides complete care for kids, teens, adults, and seniors who are dealing with serious mental and behavioral problems. The facility’s main goal is to stabilize patients and make their quality of life better generally by providing acute inpatient care. CHI Health Immanuel is part of the CHI Health network, which has a faith-based goal to provide compassionate and whole-person care. They don’t have any gender-specific services. After inpatient treatment, the facility offers follow-up outpatient services to help people who need it.
The center provides various types of treatment, such as mental and physical evaluations, medical and nursing support 24 hours a day, personalized treatment plans, and medication management. As part of the treatment, there is also group therapy, leisure therapy, and help with basic life skills. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and teaching for the family are offered to make sure that recovery is approached in a complete way.
