About us

Since 1971, Fellowship Hall, located in Greensboro, North Carolina, has been dedicated to providing comprehensive treatment for adults facing alcohol and drug addiction, mental health issues, and co-occurring conditions. The facility offers a variety of treatment programs, including detoxification and residential care, with specific programs tailored for men and women based on the 12-step philosophy.

The detox program at Fellowship Hall ensures that individuals are closely monitored by staff, with the duration typically ranging from 5 to 7 days. Following detox, clients can transition into the residential program, which lasts between 16 to 30 days. This program incorporates various treatment modalities and educational sessions on the 12 steps. Additionally, family members are encouraged to participate in the Family Program to gain a deeper understanding of addiction and support their loved one’s recovery journey.

For those needing extended care, Fellowship Hall offers the option to increase the program duration by an additional 30 to 60 days. The facility also provides a Young Adult Program specifically designed for individuals aged 18-25, addressing the unique challenges faced by this age group.

The Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program (IOP) at Fellowship Hall is flexible, allowing clients to choose between in-person or online sessions. These sessions are available in the morning, evening, or virtually, ensuring accessibility and convenience. To further support long-term recovery, the Virtual Relapse Prevention program is offered online, providing ongoing guidance and support.

Fellowship Hall is accredited by The Joint Commission, underscoring its commitment to maintaining high standards of care and delivering effective, evidence-based treatment. Through a combination of clinical expertise, compassionate care, and a structured approach, Fellowship Hall aims to empower individuals to achieve lasting sobriety and improved mental health.
