At Maryville’s Post House, clients undergo detoxification in a structured environment under the close supervision of a dedicated case management team available 24/7. The facility offers FDA-approved medications such as Suboxone and Vivitrol to alleviate cravings and manage withdrawal symptoms. Concurrently, clients engage in initial counseling sessions to facilitate their transition into either inpatient or outpatient treatment settings.
The long-term inpatient program at Maryville’s Post House accommodates up to 40 men, offering comprehensive individual and group counseling, holistic therapies, and peer support initiatives.
Program components include enrollment in 12 Step programs, training in coping strategies and emotional wellness, health education classes, and workshops focused on relapse prevention. Ongoing medication management and round-the-clock supervision ensure continuous support and safety.
Following completion of the program, all alumni receive ongoing care and support from Maryville’s Post House, including referrals to coed outpatient programs or external facilities as needed. The facility also provides telehealth services tailored to diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ individuals and adolescents aged 11 and older.
Maryville – Post House maintains accreditation from the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), reflecting its commitment to maintaining high standards of care and treatment excellence.
