About us

New Horizons of the Treasure Coast is in Fort Pierce, Florida, and helps kids and people recover from mental illness and drug abuse in many different ways. The facility is committed to helping people get better, no matter what their past is or what their needs are. They offer both inpatient and outpatient care. It provides services that are open to everyone and are easy to get to, without focusing on programs for specific faiths or genders.

Detox, residential mental health care, outpatient therapy, crisis services, and special help for kids and families are some of the programs that the center offers. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), family and group therapy, and expert trauma and co-occurring disorder support are just some of the evidence-based treatments that New Horizons uses. New Horizons is known for its work with the community and teaching people about mental health. It is an important part of promoting mental health across the area. The center has been approved by The Joint Commission, which shows that it is dedicated to giving excellent, caring care.
