The Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is intended for individuals who require comprehensive, structured care during the day and return to their homes or a sober living facility in the evenings. The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides a more adaptable approach, enabling clients to maintain their daily responsibilities while participating in scheduled therapy sessions. The standard outpatient addiction treatment program offers ongoing care with a focus on long-term recovery for individuals who require less intensive support. The Owl’s Nest also provides a unique program for veterans, which is designed to address the specific requirements of military personnel and acknowledges the unique challenges they encounter.

The therapeutic services at The Owl’s Nest are intended to address the emotional, psychological, and relational aspects of addiction and recovery and are based on evidence-based practices. The center employs Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to assist clients in recognizing and altering negative thought patterns and behaviors, as well as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to enhance interpersonal skills and support emotional regulation. Relapse prevention strategies are implemented throughout the treatment process, providing clients with the necessary resources to sustain their sobriety for an extended period of time following their departure from the program. 

At The Owl’s Nest, family involvement is a critical component of the recovery process. Family Therapy is available to assist in the restoration and fortification of relationships that have been impacted by addiction. Other therapies that are available include Motivational Interviewing, which assists clients in fostering their motivation for change, Art Therapy, and Holistic Therapy, which facilitate both physical and creative recovery, and Group Therapy, which allows clients to establish connections with peers who are experiencing comparable obstacles. The center also integrates the 12-Step support groups into its programming, providing a structured and recognizable framework for individuals in recovery.
